What is the return and exchange process?

Returns and refunds are handled by individual retailers.   Sometimes items get damaged during shipping.  Our retailers stand behind the products they ship and all will either refund or replace defective or damaged products. 

For order inquiries, including returns and exchanges, please contact the retailer’s customer service department directly. You’ll find their contact information in your Order Confirmation email. All Scotch Drinkers Only affiliated retailers have dedicated customer service teams and they will be happy to assist you.
